Intramurals is a fun, recreational, social and competitive on-campus sports activities for Ilocos Sur National High School students and teachers.

  This is a great opportunity for the students to have some fun and to try participating sport that they know. The school have everything from the traditional sports like sepak takraw, basketball, badminton, table tennis, archery, soccer, volleyball, and more.
It's easy to get involved. For team sports it's best to put your own team together because teamwork makes the dream work. The better way is there to have fun with your friends or to meet new people. The intramurals offers you a full program of organized competition in a number of events throughout the year.  These are designed with the everyday athlete, just like you, in mind.

  Intramural activities emphasize group spirit and the enjoyment of sports in a less competitive context. Help us provide you with a rewarding recreational experience by sharing your ideas and encouraging others to be active.

I also discovered the importance of photoshop and how it was used.      Using the photoshop is very hard because of its wide range and many different tools , but I overcome it through searching and trials on internet and through the unending help and guidance of my seatmates and my friends.      Moving on, I will do my best to learn creating and editing a very nice pictures that would isnpire and give knowledge to the one who seas it.
